1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Rabkorri's services located at Benrather Straße 7, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Service Agreement

Rabkorri provides specialized automotive services including transmission repair, maintenance, and wheel solutions. All work is performed by qualified technicians and includes a warranty on parts and labor as specified in your service receipt.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfers
• Invoices must be settled within 14 days if credit is extended

4. Liability & Warranty

Rabkorri warrants all work for 12 months from service completion. We are not liable for damages resulting from: improper maintenance, accidents, or third-party modifications. Liability is limited to the cost of service provided.

5. Data Protection (GDPR)

Your personal data is processed according to GDPR regulations. We collect only necessary information for service provision and billing. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Appointment & Cancellation

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Rabkorri reserves the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law and the exclusive jurisdiction of Düsseldorf courts.
